We’ve been meaning to try out this restaurant since they opened up and we finally got the chance to. The place was bright and spacious. They have ample seatings and a nice layout. We were greeted with a smile and sat close to the bar. Rigatoni Bolognese (5/5) was rich and savoury. The addition of carrots added a delicate sweetness while the parsley added an aromatic layer to the tanginess of the tomato sauce. The pasta was cooked al dente. Suprema (3.5/5) was topped with pepperoni, red onions, red peppers and mushrooms. The toppings were of high quality which gave the pizza a well-balanced flavour profile. The crust itself was decent. We did find it a bit on the thinner side. We found that it wasn’t holding up well so we had to fold the pizza to keep toppings on each slice. We didn’t really taste the sauce of the pizza which left us dipping the pizza into the pasta sauce. They didn’t offer any complimentary bread with olive oil and balsamic dip which was surprising. Based on other people’s review, they usually offered those. Maybe it’s only for dinner service. The chilli oil wasn’t really spicy and lacked flavour. It tasted like regular olive oil. I wish they made it spicier and offered chilli flakes as well. Overall, the service was prompt and the price was pretty decent since we came in during happy hour. We’d be coming back again to try their other menu items and drinks in the future.
Had a great experience eating here with some friends! Food was delicious and the happy hour deals were really good. Our server Kim was also made the experience great!
We booked the group room at IL Fornello, and it was perfect for our party of 14! The space was beautifully designed—warm, inviting, and ideal for a celebration. The ambiance added so much to the overall experience. The food was absolutely amazing. The ribeye steak and cannelloni pasta were both standout dishes, and the rigatoni Bolognese was phenomenal. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad and calamari, and there was a good variety of vegetarian options that our guests appreciated. The house specialties were also worth trying. Cocktails were creative and well-balanced—you could actually taste the alcohol, which we loved. Service was prompt, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend for group dinners or special occasions. We'll definitely be back!
Greta spot for half price apps on Mondays. Margarita pizza was only $10 and the Cesar salad and calamari were great too.
This IL FORNELLO is fantastic! Food is excellent. Veal Chop, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The pizza is great. Check out their Napoletan Pizza oven, work of art. After pickleball at Rally, this is becoming my go-to place. Draft beer is served nice and cold! Great Job Chef Vincenzo.
Great service and great food! The pizza was crispy and fresh, the pastas were well seasoned and cheesy. Our server was really nice and attentive. Will be back soon!
We booked a reservation for 8:30pm on a Sunday evening but to our surprise this restaurant was empty. Il Fornello offers a variety of delicious options that can can fill you up on a good price. I thought happy hour goes 2-5pm but we were offered to have it on our arrival. I ordered Margherita Pizza and Iced Tiramisu Cocktail. Personally, I think I've had better Margherita Pizzas else where but it doesn't mean that I won't order Margherita Pizzas from this place again. I think I'd rather try their other options first before ordering the same meal. The restaurant also looks very clean and brand new. Staff was very helpful. Looking forward to coming back.
No complaints. Vibe, food, service and prices were all decent. Complimentary bread and olive oil plus balsamic Vinegar. Kids menu included.
